In an ABC swap, site A links to B, B links to C and C links to A, so no two sites link to each other directly. That means three links, often three owners, and a lot of room for one leg to go missing without anyone noticing.
The ABC Link Exchange module stores the three sites, the partners and each leg in a single record. Each leg is checked on its own, so the record shows exactly which link has dropped and who to talk to.
ABC Link Exchange does not work alone. It shares data with Master Link Exchange, which handles what you gave and what you got, side by side; Partners, which handles contacts, terms and every deal with each partner; and Site Inventory, which handles the sites you own and can offer in swaps. Because every module writes to the same account, a link you log once can be checked, reported on and analysed without retyping it.

What an ABC exchange tracker cannot fix
An ABC exchange tracker makes three-way swaps easier to manage, but a three-way swap is still an exchange. Google’s link spam policy applies, so keep each leg relevant to the sites involved.
