Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and SEOENV (seoenv.com) (“SEOENV”) for use of seoenv.com and the SEOENV app at app.seoenv.com.

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using SEOENV you agree to these terms. If you use SEOENV for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
2. The service
SEOENV is a backlink manager. It lets you record and organise links, partners, clients, projects and site inventory, check whether links are live, share reports and create invoices. Features depend on your plan as shown on our pricing page.
3. Plans
- Free ($0): 20 links, 2 clients, 2 projects, 5 partners, 25 Site Inventory sites, CSV import and export, all link types, manual checks, share reports, invoice generator.
- Starter ($29 / ₹2,499 a month): everything in Free plus 500 links, 10 clients, unlimited projects, partners and inventory, daily automatic checks, Link Status Report, PDF invoices, ROI Calculator.
- Growth ($149 / ₹12,499 a month): everything in Starter plus 5,000 links, unlimited clients, Anchor Text Heatmap with over-optimisation alerts, ROI revenue tracking, white-label reports with your logo and colours.
- Enterprise ($499 / ₹41,499 a month): everything in Growth plus unlimited links, white-label reports on your own domain, bulk CSV import.
Prices include GST where applicable. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Your plan runs for the billing month you paid for. If a payment fails, we may move your account to the Free plan; your data stays, but limits apply.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account in the app; it stays active until the end of the current paid billing period. All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and downgrades. Failed or duplicate charges caused by a payment error are handled as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use SEOENV to: break any law; send spam; store data you have no right to hold; attack, overload or probe the service or sites you check; resell the service without our written permission; or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. You are responsible for your link building complying with search engine guidelines.
8. Your data
You own the data you put into SEOENV. You give us permission to process it only to run the service. You can export it with CSV export. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
9. Our property
SEOENV, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep SEOENV available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Link checks and reports show what our system found at the time of the check; we do not guarantee rankings, traffic or the behaviour of third-party sites.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SEOENV at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
